Requesting for an overflight permit or a
landing permit has always been
easy. We want to keep it that way. We also want to make
it more cost-effective for you by providing a web-based interface for your
request. Your choices are as follows:
- Via FAX. If you are based in the US
or Canada, you can
fax your request toll-free at 1.866.248.9397. All others can fax
their request directly to (632) 825-9671.
- Via EMAIL. You can send us your request
via email at sales@overflightpermits.com
or amiller@overflightpermits.com.
You can attach a file of your request with your email and we will contact
you as soon as we receive your email.
- Via the WEB. We have provided
several order forms for you to use. For overflight permits, you can
use any of the following forms: the new
request form(OP), the rush request form(OP),
and the revision request form(OP). In
addition, the following forms are available for your landing permits
request. These are the new
request form(LP), the rush request form(LP),
and the revision request form(LP).
Please choose the
appropriate form for your request. Also, kindly indicate
the other services you require in the "Remarks" portion of
the form.
If you are not yet ready to order and would just like to
ask for a quote, you can use the request for quote
form for this purpose.
We will contact you within twenty four (24) hours by
email upon receipt of your request. Processing will then commence as
soon as proof of payment is confirmed. It will take three (3) to
five (5) working days for the permit to be issued. We shall strive
to deliver within three (3) days.
Should you require a permit to be issued urgently,
please use the rush request form. We will
deliver the permit within forty eight (48) hours of your request.
Additional charges will apply for this type of request..
We will deliver your permits via FAX and/or email.
Should your prefer delivery via email, we will attach the permit in a file
with an Adobe Portable Document Format (*.pdf) with our email. You
will be able to view and print the permit anywhere you can access your
email with an Adobe Acrobat Reader. This is a free software for
viewing and printing Adobe pdf files. The software is
available for download at www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep.html.
We will initially accept payment via wire or telegraphic
transfer only. Please email us at sales@overflightpermits.com
for our account details. We will commence processing your request
once we confirm payment for your request has been made. You can also fax
or email us a copy of your wire transfer to speed up the order process.
